Fat Loss 

Many people seek to reduce body fat for aesthetic reasons, but managing body fat is also an important part of overall health. High body fat percentages significantly increase the risk of developing serious illnesses including heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

Carrying an excess of body fat can also make everyday tasks such as  going upstairs, doing chores, and even walking more difficult, due to the high blood pressure, cholesterol and inflammation that often come as a result.

Whether you're interested in losing weight for health reasons, to slim down ahead of an event, or to simply look better naked (and honestly, who doesn't?) a good personal trainer can help you safely and efficiently lose fat and educate you on how to keep the weight off.

My approach to fat loss doesn't involve sticking you on a treadmill for 40 minutes (yawn). We'll use a mix of strength and conditioning exercises paired with sound nutritional advice to help you achieve your ideal weight whilst keeping things interesting! I may throw some short bursts of cardio into the mix but when it comes to fat loss, weight training and nutrition management are a highly effective combination.
