Hi! I'm Jay...

​

I'm a Level 3 certified Personal Trainer and I work with men and women from all walks of life at Brooklands Health Club and online.

 

My mission is to help people unlock a better quality of life through movement, nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices.

 

In 2024 I was shortlisted for a National Fitness Award in the Gym-Based Personal Trainer of the Year category.

Like so many people, my own fitness journey began with its ups and downs.

​

Since my late teens I would go through cycles of signing up to the gym and cleaning up my eating when I was in a good place, only to fall off the wagon when life got complicated. I could often attribute the struggles to the pressures of overworking in busy corporate agencies.

 

I reached a turning point when I realised that even when life got tough there were always elements of my lifestyle that I could control. Prioritising nutritious foods in a non-restrictive way, moving my workouts to early morning in case I had to work late, and taking steps to regulate my sleep cycle and reduce stress.

​

Building positive habits into my every day, little by little, helped improve my physical health and mental resilience in a big way.

​

I've always loved educating and I now work professionally to help people like you make simple but effective lifestyle changes, so you can live your best life and enjoy greater levels of confidence.

​
