GOLD - Personal Training 1:1

Following a free 60-minute consultation, you'll receive a custom exercise programme tailored your needs, which Jay will deliver to you in person, one on one. The number of training days is up to you, but most people opt for x2 per week as a starting point and some do extra sessions on their own in the week too.

Following an in-depth review of your current eating habits, Jay will prepare you a bespoke nutrition plan to help align your eating with your training and lifestyle.

​

Jay will help you set clear goals and monitor your progress with benchmarking, data tracking and regular reviews to ensure you stay on course at every stage of your journey.

 

Jay also provides you with lifestyle coaching to help improve other wellbeing factors including sleep, stress and daily activity to maximise your overall wellbeing.

​

Throughout the week, you will have access to Jay via WhatsApp to ask questions about your plan as well as health and fitness generally and you'll also gain exclusive access to Jay's private community where she shares training and lifestyle resources, healthy recipes, challenges and invitations to active social events.

​

To bring everything together in one handy platform, you will receive access to the Jay Claire Fitness app, where you can monitor your progress, upload progress photos for comparison, track your lifts, log your food and much more.

Weight Lifting

SILVER - Partnered Training 2:1

The silver package is delivered two to one, meaning you and a friend can workout together. This is great for holding each other accountable and keeps the cost down.

Following a free consultation, Jay will design a custom exercise programme for the pair of you to complete together under her supervision.

 

You'll each receive individualised nutrition guidance to help you meet your goals as well as lifestyle coaching to improve other wellbeing factors including sleep, stress and daily activity.

 

Throughout the week, you will both have access to Jay via WhatsApp where she can answer any questions you may have relating to your plan or health and fitness generally and you'll also gain exclusive access to Jay's private community where she shares training and lifestyle resources, healthy recipes, challenges and invitations to active social events.

BRONZE - Online Personal Training

The bronze package is best suited to those with some previous gym experience.

​

Following a free zoom consultation, you'll receive access to the Jay Claire Fitness app, where you'll find your custom-built exercise programme tailored to your needs, which you can use to workout in your own time.

​

You'll also receive nutrition plans through the app as well as lifestyle coaching to help you meet your goals, plus throughout the week you'll have access to Jay via WhatsApp to ask questions. You may also send videos to check your form as you perform exercises.

​

Once a week you will have a 30-minute Zoom call with Jay to check in on progress. You will be required to complete an online check-in form via the app on weekends, to prepare for this call.

​

You'll also gain exclusive access to Jay's private community where she shares training and lifestyle resources, healthy recipes, challenges and invitations to active social events.
