NEW: The Jay Claire Fitness App

After a successful integration with my clients at the beginning of this year I am happy to officially launch the Jay Claire Fitness app!
A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into this app, quite literally. The process was long but oh-so worth it and I couldn’t imagine going back. The app streamlines every element of my clients’ health plans, bringing all their data together into one place so they can stay on top of their health whenever, wherever.
My clients can log and adjust their workouts in real-time, track their nutrition against their targets, access helpful resources, review their progress photos and health metrics, and complete their check-ins all through the app.
This is a client-only app, meaning all users must be registered with Jay Claire Fitness but I will be developing a number of cost-effective training plans for those who are on a tighter budget and are keen to get their health on track without the higher level of customisation and touch points that come with traditional personal training.
