Throwing a Halloween party this year? Impress your friends with this delicious take on protein balls.

Prep Time: 20 mins | Makes: 12 skull bites | Protein: 5g each
My protein-filled Skull Bites are as tasty as they are spooky. Coconut and vanilla make a delicious base for these 3-ingredient treats - the only difficult thing about them is not eating them all in one sitting!
If you like coconut these are a must-try. 120 cals, 5g protein each and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
💀 125g coconut cream
💀 150g desiccated coconut
💀 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Don't Forget - black & red writing icing to decorate!
Method
▪️Drain any liquid from the coconut cream then add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl
▪️Use your hands to knead the mixture for 2-3 mins until it forms a dough-like ball
▪️Split the ball into 12 portions and roll each between your palms to form smaller balls
▪️Using your thumbs, press on both side of the bottom half of the balls to form the skull’s jaw, then press the tips of your thumbs into the front of the top half to create eye sockets
▪️Finally, use writing icing to draw on the skulls faces
Plate these up with your Halloween feast and enjoy!
